These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Link Storer ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Link Storer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Link Storer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or have the permission of a parent or guardian if you are younger.

2. Use of the Application

Link Storer is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to save, organize, and manage links. You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app, its services, or its associated systems.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the links and content you save using Link Storer. You agree not to use the app to save or link to content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any Google account you choose to use for backup.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the links and related information you save. Link Storer does not claim ownership of your saved links. Because your data is stored locally on your device and within your own Google account when you use backup, we do not host or store copies of your links on our own servers.

5. Saved Links and Third-Party Content

Link Storer only saves and organizes links; it does not host the content those links point to. The linked websites and content are owned and controlled by their respective providers, and their use is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party website you save. When you open a saved link, you leave the app and are subject to the terms of the target website.

6. Google Drive and Third-Party Services

The optional Google Drive backup feature relies on Google services. Your use of Google Sign-In and Google Drive is subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or failure of third-party services, including Google Drive. If you use these services, you do so at your own risk and agree to comply with their applicable terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Link Storer and its name, logo, design, and content are the property of the app's developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the app or its branding without prior written permission.

8. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep Link Storer available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We may update, improve, or discontinue features, in whole or in part, at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data—including your saved links—so we encourage you to keep backups of information that matters to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Link Storer and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Termination

You may stop using Link Storer and delete it from your device at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app in the event of a violation of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, these Terms that by their nature should survive—including user responsibilities, intellectual property, and limitation of liability—will continue to apply. You remain responsible for managing and deleting any data you have saved, including Google Drive backups, as you see fit.
